Year 2 : 2015 – Still on a leaning curve! We started off with testing of Shiitake value-added products to ensure that we have no loss in our fresh production.  Due to the increased demand of fresh as well as value-added products, we had to expand our business. A hydroponic tent was setup to accommodate a spawn room.  The capacity of the spawn room is 300 spawn bags. The 2m X3m Greenhouse was then converted into a production room only and could house 120 Shiitake blocks. By the end of the second year we had 5 distribution points, 8 products that we produced and doubled our production to 89kg fresh.  Elma also joined us during 2015.
